What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Global Operations organization by recruiting for the Stripe Delivery Center (SDC), a critical component of Stripe's growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to join the SDC team in Dublin, ensuring that you find dynamic individuals who are passionate about solving user issues. You will engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing them with a seamless and positive experience. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

You will utilize your expertise to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles, conducting interviews and evaluations to ensure that only the best candidates are selected. You will also be responsible for managing the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
