What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the operations and supply planning for iHerb's House Brands. You will lead a team in evaluating and curating products, setting pricing strategies, and promoting brand growth. Your responsibilities will include creating and reviewing data reports to analyze successes and challenges, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that enhance brand performance.

You will streamline workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity across the supply chain. Your role will also involve managing full-cycle contract management, ensuring that vendor and SKU data is accurately maintained. You will collect, track, and update production schedules from manufacturers, distributing the internal Finished Goods Report to keep all stakeholders informed.

Additionally, you will oversee procurement and logistics operations, ensuring that stock levels are optimized and costs are controlled. You will lead negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions that support the company's growth objectives. Your ability to cultivate strong vendor partnerships will be key to driving product innovation and margin expansion.
