What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center, planning production for full working shifts. You will manage facilities to meet or exceed targets in production, cost, and quality, especially when the General Manager is not onsite. You will conduct weekly performance reviews with senior leadership, reporting on performance versus targets and identifying challenges and countermeasures. You will guide daily site manager huddles to establish priorities and ensure effective communication on the shop floor. Additionally, you will aid in executing Continuous Improvement projects, implementing process changes, and training staff on new procedures. Your leadership will support the growth and development of Reconditioning Leads and Managers, providing regular feedback and fostering a culture of competency and excellence.
