What you'll do

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for performing systematic analysis of our codebase to identify and resolve bottlenecks. You will design, prototype, and ship AI-enabled automation systems that directly improve product stability and enhance the customer experience. Your work will involve implementing a comprehensive instrumentation and observability strategy, utilizing tools like Grafana to create visibility and define SLOs/SLIs. You will play a key role in reducing our Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) by ensuring that systems are stable and efficient.

You will also be tasked with decomposing complex problems, setting a technical vision, and documenting architectural decisions to guide the team. As a Principal Engineer, you will influence the technical strategy for our key products, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of innovation in our industry. Your mentorship will be invaluable as you guide senior engineers, helping them navigate challenges and grow in their roles.
