Job Description

**About the Role** The Field Sales Representative will focus on bringing on the best restaurants in our most strategic markets that fit our partnership criteria, and they’ll leverage their skills in cold calling, emailing and driving internal processes to create sales opportunities, plan field visits and to set up our restaurant partnerships for success on our platform. You will also help with projects involving new and innovative tools and systems being launched internally - as well as take on a leading role within the sales team assisting with onboarding, training, tool implementation and any other necessary sales projects. \-\-\-- **What you will do** ---- - Prospect, approach, and pitch Uber Eats’ value proposition to restaurant owners to inspire them to join the platform. - Conduct commercial negotiations with high-potential restaurants, ensuring sustainable economics and strong long-term partnerships. - Manage the full sales process from first outreach to onboarding, supporting restaurants until their first order and throughout their first month. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progression in CRM tools. - Provide ongoing insights on pipeline health, sales performance, market trends, and partner needs. \-\-\-- **Basic Qualifications** ---- - Fluency in Dutch and English - 1+ year external sales experience - You have strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage your pipeline and end-to-end sales cycles \-\-\-- **Preferred Qualifications** ---- - You are comfortable at managing your own time and have clear prioritisation skills - Working knowledge of how to use Google applications (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets) and familiarity with Salesforce and/or other CRM systems - You have extraordinary listening and communication skills, both verbally and written. - You are results-oriented, target-driven, proactive, and highly motivated.
