Overview

Flex is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage the interview and candidate experience. You'll coordinate interviews and support the hiring process, requiring strong communication skills. This is a contract position based in New York with remote options.

You possess exceptional communication skills, allowing you to interact effectively with candidates and senior leaders alike. Your organizational skills are top-notch, enabling you to manage a high volume of interviews and schedules efficiently. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a positive hiring experience for all stakeholders involved. You understand the importance of a high-touch candidate experience and are committed to delivering it consistently. You are adaptable and ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that the recruitment process runs smoothly.

What you'll do

In this role, you will coordinate a high volume of interviews, managing the recruiting calendar to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will support talent partners by scheduling virtual and onsite interviews, communicating schedules, interview agendas, and hiring updates to all relevant parties. Your role will involve interacting with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring they feel valued and informed. You will also assist in maintaining the integrity of the candidate experience, providing feedback and insights to improve the process continuously. As you grow in this position, you will have the opportunity to engage with various teams and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy of Flex.
