What you'll do

In this role, you will lead all physical security operations at SoFi's Jacksonville office, ensuring the safety of personnel and assets. You will report to the Physical Security Senior Manager and be a vital member of the Global Security & Investigations Team. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning for security operations, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing incident response protocols. You will conduct internal investigations and provide executive protection for the CEO and other senior executives as needed. Your role will require you to collaborate closely with law enforcement and emergency responders, ensuring that security measures are effective and responsive to potential threats. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures that align with industry best practices.
