Experience in the food delivery or tech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with governance and accountability models. You are adept at tracking performance metrics and ensuring data integrity for strategic initiatives. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the reporting cadence and narrative for the Strategy & Planning function in Poland and EMEA. You will support strategic analyses specific to Poland and actively lead the annual country planning process. Your responsibilities will include developing materials for monthly and quarterly business reviews, newsletters, and other strategic communications. You will coordinate governance models to ensure teams are on track to achieve their goals, actively tracking OKRs at both country and regional levels. You will engage with local and regional leadership to provide insights that inform strategic direction and decision-making. Your role will require you to facilitate discussions among cross-functional teams, driving critical initiatives forward and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
