As a Shift Lead, you take ownership of your assigned shifts, ensuring that warehouse and kitchen processes run smoothly while maintaining safety and cleanliness. You are accountable for inventory management and the proper handling of company assets, ensuring they are protected from loss or theft. You understand the importance of delivering high-quality customer service and are committed to executing orders accurately while communicating effectively with customers and Dasher pickups.
You possess strong leadership skills and are capable of guiding Operations Associates through their shifts, ensuring that the team works safely and productively.
