Moveworks is seeking a Senior Technical Lead Manager for their Core Platform team to oversee the development of resilient platforms. You'll collaborate with various teams and utilize skills in Java and machine learning to drive innovation. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise.
You have 5+ years of experience in technical leadership, particularly in building and managing core platforms. Your background includes a strong understanding of system architecture and the ability to lead teams in developing scalable and reliable solutions. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including machine learning, data, and full-stack engineers, to identify platform needs and drive project execution.
Your expertise in Java and cloud technologies enables you to architect and build robust platforms that enhance developer productivity and performance. You have a proven track record of mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement within your team. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about solving complex engineering challenges.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and data engineering practices is a plus. Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools will help you in optimizing platform performance and reliability. You are comfortable defining methodologies and metrics to measure service performance and scalability.
