You possess a strong technical background combined with strategic thinking, enabling you to influence organizational standards and practices. Your hands-on execution skills ensure that you can deliver results while operating with high autonomy in a fast-paced environment. You are recognized as a reference point for IAM and Okta across your previous organizations, showcasing your ability to drive complex cross-functional projects.

You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with various teams to establish security standards that elevate the organization’s security posture. Your communication skills allow you to articulate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on security initiatives. What you'll do

In this role, you will design, develop, and evolve IAM platforms that support Nubank's mission to redefine financial services in Latin America. You will lead strategic initiatives focused on authentication and authorization, ensuring that our identity management systems are robust and scalable. Your responsibilities will include driving complex cross-functional projects that enhance our security posture and establishing standards that align with industry best practices.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to integrate IAM solutions seamlessly into our existing infrastructure, ensuring that security is a foundational aspect of our technology stack. Your role will involve conducting risk assessments and implementing security measures that protect our systems and customer data. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior security engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
