You are an entry-level professional with a background in automotive prepping, eager to join Carvana as a Cosmetic Inspector. You have a keen eye for detail, allowing you to identify cosmetic imperfections and repairs effectively. Your experience may include tasks such as prepping, sanding, and masking vehicles, ensuring they meet high standards before reconditioning. While not required, any additional experience in automotive painting or inspection processes would be beneficial. You are open to training programs that will enhance your skills and career progression within the company. A valid driver’s license and the ability to communicate effectively in English are essential for this role.
As a Cosmetic Inspector at Carvana, your primary responsibility will be to identify cosmetic imperfections and repairs on vehicles before and after the paint process. You will work closely with the team to ensure that all vehicles meet the company's quality standards. Your role may involve additional tasks such as prepping vehicles for paint, which includes sanding, masking, and taping. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of the vehicle preparation process.
You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in automotive inspection and preparation.
