What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for color-matching and mixing paint to ensure that vehicles are painted to the highest standards. You will utilize airbrush techniques to apply paint to various surfaces, ensuring a smooth and professional finish. You will work closely with other technicians and team members to prepare vehicles for painting and to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively. You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and advance your career within Carvana. As part of your responsibilities, you will maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and quality standards. You will have the opportunity to learn about different paint roles available within the company and may assist in other areas of the paint department as needed. Your contributions will help Carvana continue to provide exceptional service to its customers by ensuring that all vehicles are ready for sale in pristine condition.
