The Amazon Business Enablement, Change Management, and Communications (ECMC) Team is seeking a Sales Enablement Lead for our Canadian sales team who can build and deliver sales-focused training content to customer facing sales roles and drive their success with their enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and/or enablement background, superior program management skills, and a history of designing and delivering high-quality sales training programs. This role will design and deliver engaging and dynamic new hire training programs. This role will collaborate with the broader sales enablement team on projects that remove barriers and accelerate sellers’ success.

This role is located in the following Amazon location and is an in-office role: Toronto, CA


Key job responsibilities
• Own the design, build, and delivery of various sales enablement programs, e.g. onboarding and continuous learning; communicate results and business impact to leadership
• Work cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams. Facilitate agile, two-way communication across global teams to design and promote inclusive learning assets
• Design and build compelling business content, starting with defining skills requirements, conducting stakeholder interviews, and building based on adult-learning principles
• Design, develop and drive adoption of innovative, scalable learning programs applying a strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies, including ADDIE.
• Develop or maintain successful blended solutions with a combination of design tools such as Articulate Storyline and 360, MadCap Flare, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Captivate, Go Animate/Vyond, Figma etc
• Manage internal LMS to ensure accuracy and relevance, utilizing various learning technologies.
• Influence the sales leadership team’s perspective and alignment around sales enablement programs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Proven experience using data and metrics across highly matrixed, cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Experience facilitating training sessions for employees in person and virtually
- Experience onboarding new employees and supporting their ongoing learning and development- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- PMP or Master's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience solving for knowledge and performance needs in physical or online retail environments.
- Designing and delivering central knowledge bases and in-app learning solutions.
- Developing solutions using the latest industry trends (AI, VR, AR).
- Use of data visualization technologies to surface learning KPIs and impact analysis.
