What you'll do

As a Proserve Cloud Architect, you will partner with Proserve Account Executives to dive deep into customer business challenges — your role will involve proposing and pre-qualifying outcomes that align with Professional Services engagements. You will remain engaged with customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that delivery is predictable and successful. Your responsibilities will include architecting solutions that leverage AWS technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in implementing transformational solutions that enable customers to achieve their desired outcomes using AWS. You will also be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery processes and methodologies within the Professional Services organization. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest AWS offerings and best practices, ensuring that you can provide the best possible guidance to customers.
