You have over 3 years of experience in service operations and policy planning within IT platforms, demonstrating a strong ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions. Your background includes direct management of service operations, collaborating with partners, and leading B2B/B2C projects. You are adept at using data to drive service improvements and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your experience in launching and managing new services in the mobility sector or O2O platforms sets you apart as a candidate who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and operating mobility services, including shuttle and fleet management.
