Director of Product Management - Ecosystem Integrations

Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, particularly in technical roles, with at least 5 years of experience in managing integrations and working closely with engineering teams. You understand the nuances of partner engineering and can effectively represent partner and customer needs internally. Your experience includes owning integration technical designs and roadmaps, ensuring that they align with both customer expectations and business goals.

You are comfortable operating at the intersection of technical and commercial aspects of product management. You have a proven track record of delivering and growing integrations through various development models, including internal, outsourced, and agentic approaches. Your ability to navigate both experimentation and operational integrations at scale is a key strength.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform product decisions and measure the success of integrations. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work effectively across teams, ensuring that all voices are heard and that the best solutions are implemented.

Desirable

Experience with specific ecosystems such as CMS, PIM, and MarTech is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools will help you thrive in this role. You are passionate about creating integration experiences that delight customers and drive measurable revenue impact for the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of Cloudinary’s ISV and ecosystem integrations, leading the technical product work that is crucial for the company’s growth strategy. You will be responsible for defining and executing the integration roadmap, ensuring that it meets both partner and customer needs. Your work will involve close collaboration with engineering teams to develop integration designs that are both innovative and practical.

You will lead efforts to deliver integrations that enhance the customer experience and generate repeatable ISV partner-led annual recurring revenue (ARR). This includes overseeing the development of prototypes and operational integrations, ensuring that they are scalable and effective. You will also be involved in experimentation, using data to inform decisions and iterate on integration features.

Your role will require you to engage with various stakeholders, including partners, customers, and internal teams, to gather feedback and refine integration strategies. You will be expected to present your findings and recommendations to senior leadership, demonstrating the value of your work and its impact on the business.
