We are looking for exceptional candidates with strong leadership capabilities, capable of leading in both strategic and tactical situations, and skilled in managing both vertically and laterally across an organization. The candidate must be capable of developing and utilizing analytical models to evaluate complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive critical business decisions. The candidate will be responsible for building positive relationships with business partners both within and outside of our organization, demonstrating unyielding ownership and accountability, and using these strengths to influence the direction of the business in the function they support. AMR Operations Readiness Program Managers should be driven, flexible, comfortable with ambiguity, and articulate problem solvers who can multi-task under dynamic timelines to meet product launch objectives, delivering timely solutions for custom requirements across a broad range of capabilities and customized offerings. You should have a strong understanding of both upstream and downstream supply chain processes to effectively manage and optimize the flow of products and information. You will evaluate supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate consumer impact, including ad-hoc analytical problem solving during unexpected events. You will also identify process improvement/change management opportunities (tools, workstreams, systems) and drive solutions from conception through implementation, developing solutions directly or through partner teams.
