Overview

Microsoft is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to lead a team in resolving customer technical issues and enhancing customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of Microsoft products.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in technical support, ideally with a background in managing teams that resolve complex customer issues. Your leadership skills enable you to guide your team effectively, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and support. You understand the importance of building trust with customers and have a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.

You are familiar with Microsoft’s product portfolio and have the ability to leverage this knowledge to improve customer experiences. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements based on customer feedback.

Desirable

Experience with AI technologies is a plus, as you will be involved in initiatives that leverage Microsoft’s AI capabilities to enhance support services. Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and methodologies will also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of support engineers, providing guidance and support as they troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships from a support perspective, ensuring that your team delivers a seamless and positive experience. You will also play a key role in driving product improvements based on insights gathered from customer interactions.
