Who you are

You are a motivated and experienced individual who excels in fast-paced, physical environments. You are excited to roll up your sleeves and actively engage in day-to-day operations. You take ownership of your assigned shifts, ensuring that warehouse and kitchen processes run smoothly while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. You have a strong sense of accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets, ensuring they are properly handled and protected from loss or theft.

You understand the importance of delighting customers and ensure that their orders are delivered with high quality. You execute orders accurately, communicate effectively with customers when issues arise, and make sure Dasher pickups go smoothly. You are a natural leader, guiding Operations Associates through their shifts and ensuring that the team works safely and productively.

Desirable

Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment is a plus, as is familiarity with food preparation processes. You thrive in a role where you can lead by example and foster a positive team culture.

What you'll do

As a Shift Lead at DashMart, you will have shift responsibility for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment. You will maintain inventory and oversee the preparation of food in a light-prep kitchen in some locations. Your role will involve delegating tasks to team members, ensuring that all operations run efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for training new team members and ensuring that they understand their roles and responsibilities.

You will also monitor the performance of your team, providing feedback and support to help them improve. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a productive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated. You will work closely with Site Management to ensure that all operational goals are met and that customer satisfaction remains high.
