Careem is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the design and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You'll collaborate with engineering and product teams to define scalable solutions. This role requires expertise in integration and technical documentation.
You have a strong background in technical solution architecture, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Your experience includes leading requirements analysis and solution design, ensuring that all integrations and customizations align with business goals. You are adept at creating technical documentation that clearly outlines processes and solutions, making it easy for teams to understand and implement your designs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, product, and other business functions to deliver successful end-to-end solutions. Your problem-solving skills are complemented by a keen understanding of how to apply AI to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Experience with cloud-based solutions and a solid understanding of integration best practices will set you apart. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools will also be beneficial in this role. You are someone who is not only technically proficient but also possesses strong communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
In this role, you will own the technical architecture for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring that all solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with the overarching business objectives. You will lead the requirements analysis process, working with various stakeholders to gather and define needs before translating them into actionable solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and optimizing integrations between D365 and internal systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across platforms. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation that serves as a reference for current and future projects.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements, leveraging AI where applicable to enhance operational efficiency. Your role will involve regular communication with product managers and engineering teams to ensure that all technical solutions meet the required standards and are delivered on time. You will also participate in code reviews and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
