Handshake is seeking Middle School Career/Technical Education Teachers to participate in an AI training project. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide feedback. No prior AI experience is required.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in career and technical education, particularly in instructing middle school students. Your background equips you to evaluate AI models and provide structured feedback based on your expertise. You are comfortable working independently and can adapt to flexible hours, averaging between 5 to 20 hours per week. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to articulate your insights clearly and effectively. You are open to learning new skills and contributing to the evolving landscape of AI in education. You understand the importance of adapting instructional materials to meet diverse learning needs and can leverage your experience to enhance AI's understanding of workplace tasks and language.
In this role, you will participate in an hourly, temporary AI research project, contributing your insights to improve AI models related to your field. You will develop prompts that reflect your professional experience and evaluate the AI's responses, providing feedback that strengthens its understanding. The position is remote and asynchronous, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. You will have the opportunity to engage with AI technology without needing prior experience in the field.
