In this role, you will own and manage a Book of Business (BoB), driving adoption, retention, and expansion across enterprise customers. You will maintain full functional and process knowledge of HackerRank products and services, as well as market awareness and knowledge of competitive threats. You will orchestrate internal and customer teams, solving challenges and ensuring that every customer receives the support they need to succeed. Your strategic thinking will be essential as you develop and execute account strategies that connect customer needs with HackerRank's offerings. You will also be responsible for tracking customer metrics and reporting on progress to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals.
