MongoDB is seeking a Recruiting Program Manager to shape the future of their Recruiting Operations. You'll design and govern operational infrastructure while partnering with Talent Acquisition and Finance. This role requires deep recruiting expertise and strategic program design.
You have a strong background in recruiting operations, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective processes that enhance hiring practices. Your expertise in operational governance allows you to establish standards and methodologies that drive excellence across the organization. You are skilled in strategic workforce planning, effectively translating high-level business goals into actionable hiring plans. Your ability to partner with various stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition and Finance, ensures alignment and maturity in headcount forecasting and capacity modeling. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining compliance and quality control throughout the recruiting lifecycle. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about improving candidate experience and operational efficiency.
Experience with implementing new tools or automation strategies to support recruiting goals would be a plus. Familiarity with structured interviewing techniques and referral programs can enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in data analysis or metrics tracking can also contribute to your success in driving recruiting excellence.
In this role, you will act as the process architect for MongoDB's Recruiting Operations, responsible for designing and deploying the operational infrastructure necessary for scaling the recruiting function. You will work closely with TA Leadership to define and implement core methodologies that transition the recruiting function from unstructured practices to standardized excellence. Your responsibilities will include establishing effective workflows, governing process adherence, and auditing the recruiting lifecycle to ensure consistency and compliance across all hiring teams. You will identify opportunities for introducing new tooling or automation to support process goals, enhancing the overall efficiency of the recruiting operations.
You will partner with the Director of Recruiting Operations to bridge the gap between Talent Acquisition and Finance, maturing the organization’s approach to headcount forecasting and position management. Collaborating with Recruiting Leaders, you will translate high-level business goals into actionable hiring plans, ensuring that the recruiting strategy aligns with the overall business objectives. Your role will involve continuous improvement efforts, where you will analyze current practices and implement changes that drive operational excellence and enhance the candidate experience.
MongoDB provides a competitive salary range for this role, with a base salary between $102,000 and $176,000 USD.
