Meta is seeking Visiting Researchers to join Meta AI through a short-term contract. About Meta AI: We are committed to advancing the field of artificial intelligence by making fundamental advances in scientific methods and technologies to help interact with and understand our world. We are seeking individuals passionate in areas such as machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, audio and speech processing, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, and computational statistics. This position is part-time, short-term employment for PhD students affiliated with Mila at McGill University, the University of Montréal, Polytechnique Montréal, or HEC Montréal. Students will collaborate with Meta and their university, working 20 hours per week onsite in the Meta Montreal office. The duration of the AI Mentorship Program is one year, with the potential to extend through a second year depending on performance.
