In this role, you will focus on creating and maintaining campaigns and workflow strategies for the US Marketplace retention efforts. This includes developing offers, determining cadence, and conducting audience testing to optimize engagement. You will analyze the impact of your initiatives on key business metrics such as order rates and revenue, ensuring that your strategies are effective and aligned with company goals. You will also engage in creative ideation and iteration, working closely with internal creative resources to optimize marketing materials. Your responsibilities will involve consulting and overseeing strategy for various customer experience workstreams, ensuring that all marketing efforts are cohesive and impactful. You will collaborate with teams across the organization, including strategy and operations, brand, and product, to ensure that marketing initiatives are well-integrated and support overall business objectives. Your role will require you to stay informed about industry trends and consumer behavior, allowing you to adapt strategies as needed to meet changing market demands.
