You are comfortable presenting data insights to stakeholders and translating complex information into actionable recommendations. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve common goals. You are detail-oriented and have a strong analytical mindset, allowing you to identify trends and patterns in data effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining reporting systems that provide insights into our insurance programs. You will analyze large data sets to identify trends and make recommendations that drive business decisions. Collaborating with various departments, you will ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into strategic planning. You will also develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders clearly. Your role will involve conducting regular audits of data quality and ensuring compliance with reporting standards. You will participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss findings and propose solutions to enhance our insurance offerings. Additionally, you will mentor junior analysts and help them develop their skills in data analysis and reporting. You will stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our analytical capabilities.
