What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary data partner to the Mission Operations Engineers, responsible for managing post-mission data workflows. You will track asset and personnel utilization, providing visibility into mission performance and operational health across test sites. Your analyses will enable engineers and leadership to make informed decisions quickly, ensuring that operations scale effectively. You will be responsible for delivering utilization reporting and incident tracking, which are critical for continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data insights are integrated into operational planning and execution. Your role will involve developing and maintaining dashboards and reports that communicate key performance indicators to stakeholders. You will also participate in meetings to discuss findings and recommendations based on your analyses, contributing to strategic discussions about operational enhancements. You will be expected to stay updated on best practices in data analysis and reporting, continuously seeking ways to improve the data processes within the organization.
