ABOUT US
As part of our Global First Impression Team, you’ll play a key role across all service areas, including Welcome Management, Conference Hosting and On- and Offboarding.
In this vibrant and ever-evolving environment, your tasks will span a variety of areas to ensure seamless experiences for both Netlighters and guests. It's a full-time junior to mid-level position starting as soon as possible. Your role will be dynamic and encompass a wide range of responsibilities. From creating an outstanding first impression for our guests to managing all kinds of conferences and workshops, you’ll keep things running smoothly. You’ll manage the reception, serve as the go-to person for our employees and external visitors, and contribute to maintaining a well-functioning, welcoming, and inspiring work environment while bringing in your own, creative ideas and unleashing your full potential.
Netlight works without strict hierarchies, so you'll take on ownership early and thrive in a self-organized environment.
WHAT’S THE ROLE ABOUT?
- Give a first-class welcome to our colleagues and external visitors in the reception.
- Take care of the local Onboarding and Offboarding
- Host internal and external conferences as well as workshops
- Support office management tasks (e.g. office orders, incoming & outgoing mail, deliveries)
- Administrate phone subscriptions
- Contribute to sustainability and environmental initiatives (#veggiefirst #trainfirst #fixfirst)
- You will have all of Netlight’s combined knowledge available – because knowledge sharing, diverse experiences, equality, and personal values are what working at Netlight is about.
HOW CAN YOU CONTRIBUTE TO IT?
- You are a people person & a humble team player
- Your communication skills are top-notch, and you can naturally build trust
- You are a native German speaker & business fluent in written and spoken English
- You pay attention to details & possess great organizational skills
- Experience in customer service, reception and conference hosting is meriting, but not a prerequisite
- You have a curious and resourceful mindset
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office
