KnowBe4 is hiring a Sales Engineer fluent in Japanese to serve as a technical expert in the sales process. You'll work closely with sales representatives to clarify product capabilities and support product demonstrations. This role requires strong communication skills and a technical background in cybersecurity.

Who you are

You are a skilled Sales Engineer with a strong technical background, capable of explaining complex product features to potential customers. Your fluency in Japanese allows you to communicate effectively with clients in Tokyo, ensuring they understand the value of our cybersecurity solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales representatives to address technical questions and support product demonstrations. You are committed to continuous professional development and value a workplace that encourages transparency and ownership.

Experience in cybersecurity or related fields is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to engage with clients and address their specific needs. Familiarity with sales processes and technical sales support will help you excel in this role. What you'll do

As a Sales Engineer at KnowBe4, you will serve as the technical expert during the sales process, clarifying product capabilities and addressing any technical questions from potential customers. You will collaborate closely with sales representatives to prepare and deliver product demonstrations that showcase the strengths of our AI-driven Human Risk Management platform. Your role will involve leading Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate the effectiveness of our solutions in real-world scenarios. You will also provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions, helping to shape future product developments.

In addition to technical support, you will engage in training sessions for sales teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to present our products effectively. You will participate in customer meetings, providing insights and answering technical queries to build trust and credibility with clients. Your contributions will be vital in helping KnowBe4 maintain its reputation as a trusted security partner in an increasingly complex threat landscape.
