You have over 7 years of experience in the annuity or life insurance sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of product development and regulatory compliance. Your expertise includes drafting and negotiating contract provisions for various financial products, including fixed, indexed, and registered annuities. You are well-versed in analyzing evolving state and IIPRC standards, ensuring that product designs meet regulatory requirements. Your ability to manage SERFF submissions and engage with state regulators is a testament to your thorough understanding of the regulatory landscape. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with Legal, Product, Actuarial, and Regulatory teams to drive product innovation and compliance. You are a subject matter expert on regulatory trends, and your insights help shape the next generation of annuity and retirement solutions.

Experience with 401K and pension risk transfer products is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest regulatory changes affecting the insurance industry. You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at aligning contract and advertising materials with regulatory expectations. What you'll do

In this role, you will draft and negotiate contract provisions for a range of annuity products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will analyze evolving state regulations and IIPRC standards to guide product design, making sure that all offerings are compliant and innovative. Managing SERFF submissions will be a key responsibility, as you lead discussions with state regulators to secure timely product approvals. You will partner closely with Product and Marketing teams to align contract and advertising materials with regulatory expectations, ensuring that all communications are clear and compliant. Your role will also involve serving as a subject matter expert on regulatory trends, providing insights that drive product innovation and compliance across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compliant products that meet market needs with speed and precision.
