MongoDB is hiring a Relationship Account Manager to drive long-term partnerships with mature customers. You'll focus on client success, education, and retention strategies. This role requires 2+ years of account management experience in a technology or SaaS environment.
You have 5+ years of work experience, with at least 2+ years in a quota-carrying Account Management or New Business sales role. Your background in SaaS or technology equips you with the skills to manage client relationships end-to-end, ensuring their success and satisfaction. You excel at juggling competing priorities while executing on targets and KPIs, demonstrating a proven track record of hitting sales targets. You understand the complexities of client use cases and can navigate multiple stakeholders effectively.
You are passionate about technology and its ability to deliver business outcomes. Your experience has taught you the importance of retaining and growing clients through a focus on their success. You are adept at upselling and cross-selling, ensuring that clients are aware of the full range of services available to them. You thrive in a hybrid working model and are based in either Austin or Boston, ready to engage with clients both in-person and remotely.
Experience in managing a diverse portfolio of clients with complex needs is a plus. Familiarity with the MongoDB ecosystem will help you leverage the right tools and resources to drive client success. You are a proactive communicator, capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike.
As a Relationship Account Manager at MongoDB, you will act as the primary point of contact for your customer base, focusing on driving long-term partnerships.
