What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Agent Developer Experience team at Datadog, focusing on transforming how engineers develop, test, and contribute to the Datadog Agent. You will work closely with Agent developers to define and deliver an industry-leading developer experience, ensuring that your team can ship features quickly and reliably. Your responsibilities will include solving complex challenges around CI/CD pipelines and development tooling, directly impacting the productivity of dozens of engineers. You will be a force multiplier across the Agent product organization, addressing immediate pain points while preparing for future growth. As a hands-on technical leader, you will guide your team through an ambitious product and technical roadmap, shaping product direction, design, and engineering decisions. You will also play a key role in fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture, ensuring that your engineers feel supported and empowered to excel in their roles.
