Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within technology or talent acquisition sectors — you understand the nuances of connecting people with the right opportunities and have a track record of delivering impactful solutions. Your expertise in AI and machine learning allows you to translate complex systems into user-friendly products that drive measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with engineers and data scientists to develop and refine AI systems and machine learning algorithms that enhance the hiring process. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to understand customer needs, defining product roadmaps, and prioritizing features that deliver the most value. You will lead cross-functional teams in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. You will analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and iterate on solutions based on user feedback. Additionally, you will serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring that the products developed align with their expectations and requirements. You will also collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value of your products.
