You have 5+ years of backend engineering experience, building robust production systems that scale effectively. You’ve owned services from design through deployment and have navigated the complexities of debugging distributed systems. Your expertise in Java is complemented by a strong understanding of backend architecture and best practices.

You are familiar with AI technologies and understand how they can be integrated into customer experience solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets customer needs. Your problem-solving skills enable you to tackle challenges head-on, ensuring that every aspect of the backend system operates seamlessly.

You value continuous learning and are always looking for ways to innovate and improve processes. You embrace curiosity and are eager to experiment with new technologies that can enhance the customer experience. Your commitment to excellence drives you to deliver high-quality code and contribute to a culture of integrity and respect.

Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure would be a plus, as would familiarity with CI/CD practices. What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Cyara, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing the backend systems that power our AI-driven customer experience assurance platform.
