Overview

Google is seeking an Associate Analytical Lead to drive measurement practices for large customer sales. You'll leverage your expertise in media analytics and Google advertising products while collaborating with internal teams and clients. This role requires a background in analytics and experience with SQL, R, or Python.

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or Economics, along with at least 2 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis. Your background includes a year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques, and you are familiar with Google advertising products like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Marketing Platform. You possess strong analytical skills and are proficient in SQL, R, or Python, enabling you to conduct statistical analysis and data visualization effectively. You have experience presenting insights to executive stakeholders, influencing decision-making, and demonstrating the value of different media channels and strategies.

What you'll do

As an Associate Analytical Lead, you will join the Planning and Measurement team at Google, playing a critical role in ensuring clients understand the value and impact of their advertising campaigns. You will work closely with both internal teams and external clients to develop and implement robust measurement practices across a portfolio of clients in e-commerce, gaming, and travel. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to provide actionable insights, collaborating with Google Sales teams, Product teams, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and drive product innovation. You will stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in measurement, sharing knowledge and insights through presentations, workshops, and thought leadership content. Your role will require you to be a trusted advisor and consultant, helping clients navigate the complexities of digital advertising metrics, methodologies, and technologies.
