Job Description

Who you are

You are a versatile and tech-savvy Field Service Representative with a strong technical foundation. You enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable deploying and installing advanced Dedrone systems across diverse environments, such as rooftops, fields, and event venues. You have a current DHS clearance, which is essential for this role, and you are committed to contributing to a mission that matters. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to take ownership of your work, driving real change in the field of airspace security.

You will work closely with the Solutions Engineering team, reporting to the Sr. Director, to understand the technical requirements and specifications for each installation. Your hands-on approach will allow you to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process, ensuring that systems are functioning optimally.

You will also engage with clients and stakeholders, providing training and support to ensure they understand how to use the systems effectively. Your role will involve regular travel to different installation sites, where you will apply your technical skills to set up and configure systems in real-world scenarios.
