As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage your training to effectively communicate the benefits of Hibu's digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. You will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions based on your sales performance, with total on-target earnings projected to be around $90,000 in your first year. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to ensure you are well-prepared to succeed. You will work closely with your team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and will be recognized for your achievements through various incentives, including an annual President’s Club Trip. You will also have a clear career path with opportunities for promotions in both leadership and sales roles.
