Human Interest is seeking a Partner Account Manager to engage and develop key accounts in the SMB space. You'll focus on building strategic referral networks and partnerships. This role requires a proactive sales professional with strong organizational skills.

Who you are

You are a forward-thinking and meticulously organized sales professional with a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have a proven track record in building and developing key accounts, particularly in the small and medium-sized business (SMB) sector. Your proactive nature allows you to create solutions independently, and you are skilled at fostering relationships with various partners, including tech partners, benefit brokers, and financial advisors. You understand the importance of retirement benefits and are passionate about making them accessible to all workers.

Desirable

Experience in the financial services or benefits industry is a plus, as is familiarity with lead generation strategies and partnership development. You are comfortable working autonomously and are driven by outcomes, always looking for ways to amplify referral relationships and drive growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with key accounts and identify growth opportunities to accelerate Human Interest's mission of providing retirement benefits to all workers. You will develop and build referral relationships with various partners, including tech partners and human capital management partners, to create strategic networks focused on lead generation. Your daily tasks will involve outreach to potential partners, nurturing existing relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies. You will also analyze market trends and partner feedback to refine your approach and maximize impact.
