Through centralized communication and coordination, we facilitate seamless project execution while maintaining operational efficiency across our network. The team's scope encompasses two essential project categories: Continuous Improvement initiatives that enhance operational excellence, and Sustainability projects that advance our environmental stewardship goals. This dual focus allows us to drive both operational optimization and environmental responsibility across multiple sites, contributing significantly to Amazon's long-term success and sustainability objectives.

• Share best practices in project management across the organization

• Own all program communication, accelerate progress, and clear blockers
• Drive the right outcomes through process improvement, focusing on the larger business picture

• Be the voice of site RME to guide project development
• Communicate effectively with all types of audiences, including writing narratives, business cases, and strategic documentation
