You have a strong background in cloud computing and infrastructure management, with at least 8 years of experience in engineering roles focused on optimizing compute resources across multiple cloud platforms. Your expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP allows you to design and implement solutions that enhance performance and efficiency. You are skilled in building resilient systems that can scale horizontally and withstand failures, ensuring high availability for users.
You possess a deep understanding of fleet management and resource optimization, having previously led initiatives that significantly improved operational efficiency and reduced costs. Your analytical mindset enables you to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions that drive performance improvements. You are also adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring that technical solutions align with business objectives.
Your leadership experience includes mentoring junior engineers and guiding teams through complex projects. As the Principal Engineer for Compute Fleet Management at Databricks, you will lead the charge in optimizing how the company consumes and manages compute resources across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
