Huntress is seeking a Technical Account Manager I to serve as the primary technical liaison post-sales, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality technical support. This role is fully remote in Ireland and offers a compensation range of €80,000 - €90,000.
You are a highly motivated and collaborative individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to think and act quickly. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary technical liaison post-sales, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through your duties of providing high-quality post-sales technical support with a consultative approach. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with customers and partners to help them maximize their experience with our cybersecurity solutions.
You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable working independently while also being an integral part of a global team. Your proactive nature allows you to anticipate customer needs and address them effectively, ensuring that they receive the best possible support and guidance. We provide a competitive compensation range of €80,000 - €90,000 on target earnings, which includes base salary and commission, along with equity options.
