What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality post-sales technical support to our customers. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them maximize the value of our cybersecurity products. Your consultative approach will enable you to guide customers through technical challenges and ensure they are satisfied with our services. You will also collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will engage with customers regularly to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for further support. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate our solutions, providing them with the resources and knowledge they need to succeed. What we offer

Huntress offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you to work from anywhere in Ireland. We provide a competitive compensation range of €80,000 - €90,000 on target earnings, which includes base salary and commission, along with equity options.
