Overview

Apple is seeking a Head of AMR Growth Accounts in Ad Sales to define and execute the Go-to-Market strategy for the Americas. This role involves leading a diverse sales organization and requires strong leadership and strategic skills.

You have extensive experience in sales leadership, ideally with a focus on advertising or technology sectors. You understand the nuances of building and scaling sales organizations, and you have a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective go-to-market strategies that resonate with clients and drive adoption.

You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Your ability to manage high-volume sales processes while ensuring accuracy in pipeline management sets you apart. You are adept at navigating complex sales cycles and can demonstrate exemplary sales behaviors that motivate your team and enhance client relationships.

Desirable

Experience in the advertising technology space is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing strategies. You may have a background in data-driven decision-making, which helps you to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. A strong network within the advertising industry can also be beneficial, as it allows you to leverage relationships for business development.

What you'll do

As the Head of AMR Growth Accounts Ad Sales at Apple, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for the Growth Accounts segment across the Americas. You will lead a team of Sales Managers and Client Strategists, guiding them to achieve their targets while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Your role will involve defining and executing the Go-to-Market strategy, identifying key opportunities to scale revenue, and increasing advertiser adoption within the Apple ecosystem.
