Airwallex is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their Growth team to drive user acquisition and product strategy. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience and leverage data-driven insights. This role requires strong expertise in product management and a passion for innovation.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in growth strategies and user acquisition. You understand the metrics that drive product-led growth and can translate analytics into actionable insights. Your strong collaboration skills enable you to work effectively with engineering and design teams, ensuring that the best products come from empowered teams. You are data-driven and comfortable using tools to analyze user behavior and optimize product features. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by the mission of creating impactful solutions for global businesses.
Experience in the fintech or payments industry is a plus, as is familiarity with A/B testing and user research methodologies. You have a track record of successfully launching products that meet user needs and drive engagement.
