Achievers is seeking a Technical Analyst to provide technical consulting and configuration for their software with Mid-Market and Professional clients. This role involves leading technical implementations and migrations, requiring strong communication and documentation skills.
You have a strong background in technical consulting and are comfortable working with clients to implement software solutions. Your experience includes leading technical implementations and migrations, ensuring that all components from design to testing are executed flawlessly. You excel in client meetings, where you document solutions and configure platforms to meet specific needs. You understand the importance of clear communication and documentation in delivering successful projects. You are adaptable and can work effectively in a contract role, managing your time and priorities efficiently. You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality work that meets client expectations.
In this role, you will be responsible for the technical consulting and configuration of Achievers software for clients with fewer than 5,000 employees. You will lead all technical implementation components, from the initial design phase through to configuration, testing, and integration. Your day-to-day tasks will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, documenting solutions, and configuring the platform accordingly. You will also participate in client meetings to discuss project progress and gather feedback. Your role will require you to collaborate closely with other team members to ensure that all technical aspects of the project are aligned with client goals. You will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each is delivered on time and to the highest standard. As a Technical Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the success of client implementations, making your contributions vital to the overall client experience.
