Google is seeking an Administrative Business Partner for Server Operations to support core administrative tasks and enhance team operations. Fluency in Thai and English is required for effective communication in this role.
You have a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment, where you've honed your skills in core administrative tasks such as travel management, expense reports, calendar management, and facilities coordination. Your ability to communicate fluently in both Thai and English enables you to effectively support client relationship management in the region. Ideally, you possess 5 years of administrative experience in a tech or international setting, allowing you to navigate complex operational challenges with ease. You are organized and analytical, with strong business judgment and communication skills that help you interact with a variety of people and job functions.
As an Administrative Business Partner, you will be at the heart of your team's business operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You will anticipate the needs of your managers and team members, helping them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. Your role will involve supporting administrative-related site operations, including offsites, meetings, events, scheduling, and coordination, as well as overseeing the site culture committee responsible for planning team events and activities. You will engage and build relationships within the community while collaborating with the global Administrative Business Partner team to ensure execution of strategies. Your ability to move quickly with the changing environment and stay up to date with the latest Google products and services will be crucial in strategically supporting your team's projects.
