Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in a consulting or business operations role, demonstrating a strong ability to build relationships with enterprise customers and understand their unique business needs. You are curious about various industries and can effectively communicate the value of Asana's solutions to diverse stakeholders. Your analytical skills allow you to create bespoke business cases that quantify the ROI of Asana investments, ensuring that customers see the tangible benefits of their partnership with us.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, solutions, and customer success teams to enhance their understanding of value propositions. Your experience in enablement and thought leadership will help you contribute to the development of materials that empower our teams to articulate the value of Asana effectively. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities to improve processes and drive customer success, ensuring that our clients achieve their desired outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Asana’s top enterprise customers, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives. You will create in-depth business cases that highlight the hard benefits and ROI of Asana investments, guiding customers through the pre-sales and post-sales processes. Your work will involve conducting financial research and collaborating with internal teams to ensure that our value propositions are clear and compelling.

You will also be responsible for developing outstanding value scale materials, including vertical assets and benchmarks, that can be utilized by our sales and customer success teams. By sharing your insights and expertise, you will help to build a culture of value-driven decision-making within Asana. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to scale our value motions and enhance customer satisfaction.
