Verkada is seeking a Global Solutions Engineer to expand their footprint in Fortune 500 companies. You'll leverage your expertise in Cloud Security, IoT Systems, and Networking to assist customers in deploying Verkada products. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.
You have expert experience in Cloud Security, IoT Systems, Networking, and Linux systems — you understand the intricacies of security surveillance and access control, and you can articulate the value of these technologies to customers. You are highly motivated and able to learn quickly, thriving in a role that requires independent work and impactful results. Your ability to interface directly with customers and partners throughout the sales process sets you apart, as you excel at overcoming technical objections and assisting in the design of deployments with Verkada products.
Experience working with Fortune 500 companies is a plus, as is familiarity with integrated security solutions. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the evolving needs of clients. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with territory account executives and provide technical assistance to sales representatives.
In this role, you will be the subject matter authority on the full Verkada suite of products and offerings. You will articulate the value-added benefits to customers throughout the sales process, ensuring they understand how Verkada's integrated, AI-powered platform can enhance their security and efficiency. You will partner directly with territory account executives to expand Verkada's footprint into Fortune 500 companies, leveraging your technical expertise to assist in designing deployments that meet customer needs.
You will be responsible for interfacing with customers and partners, guiding them through the sales process and addressing any technical concerns they may have. Your role will involve providing technical assistance to territory account reps, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to effectively sell Verkada products. You will also stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cloud security and IoT systems, allowing you to provide informed recommendations to clients.
