Amazon is hiring a Facilities Coordinator to oversee facility and administrative activities, ensuring maintenance and troubleshooting of various systems. You'll work with electrical and mechanical systems in Lucknow.
You have experience in facility management and a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. You are skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining various systems, including power distribution and conveyor systems. Your ability to coordinate with vendors and manage maintenance schedules is essential for this role. You are dedicated to supporting production in a safe and customer-focused manner, ensuring that all facility operations run smoothly. You are proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You have a background in handling administrative tasks related to facility management, including inventory updates and reporting.
In this role, you will take care of overall facility and administrative activities, ensuring that all systems are maintained according to the PPM schedule. You will attend technical calls for corrective maintenance and coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty or AMC. Your responsibilities will include energy consumption readings, DG maintenance, and troubleshooting all conveyor systems. You will also be responsible for installing and maintaining power distribution systems, branch circuits, and lighting systems. Regular checks on fire alarms and extinguishers will be part of your duties, along with minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes and fixtures. You will provide daily reports on maintenance activities and ensure that all tools are accounted for in the inventory. Your role will require you to manage soft services activities, including pest control and housekeeping, while overseeing agency staff during your shift.
