Amazon Haul Central Operations Team seeks a Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our Cross Border Exports Logistics team. You'll work cross functionally on our program strategy to grow the Amazon Haul's Global Supply Chain - an innovative B2C program launched in Q4 2024 reaching customers across all seven continents. This role involves end-to-end process development, process optimization, and creating scalable solutions that set new industry standards in global B2C delivery.
Key job responsibilities
- Identify and develop supply chain network design optimization to scale the Amazon Haul global supply chain.
- Own end-to-end program success from launch to delivery
- Lead requirements gathering, documentation, planning, and implementation of cost-effective solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, technology, and planning teams
- Drive data-driven improvements to Amazon's transportation network
- Design and implement feedback mechanisms to enhance performance and cost efficiency
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to develop sustainable, metrics-driven solutions
- Monitor KPIs across nodes to analyze performance drivers and mitigate risks

- Communicate with senior leadership on areas of ownership
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to develop supply chain solutions
- Clearly communicate goals, roles, and product development progress to cross-functional teams
- Leverage best practices to expedite program objectives
- Work with internal stakeholders to document requirements and liaise with technology teams for implementation
- Provide feedback on KPI performance to partner teams
- Collaborate with product managers to ensure seamless integration of solutions
- Collect and manage key data to demonstrate business value and ROI of proposed improvements

The Amazon Haul Central Operations Team is a core part of Amazon's Global Logistics organization, pioneering cross-border solutions that revolutionize how customers receive packages worldwide. From our tech hubs in Luxembourg, Seattle, and Nashville, we drive end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution, including Supply Chain Product Development, Production Planning, Operations Integration, Network Design, Central Quality, and Payment Processing. Our collaborative environment brings together experts in product management, operations research, data science, and logistics engineering to make global commerce simpler and more accessible for our customers.- Experience in program or project management
- Experience in supply chain
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience leading process improvements
